I always enjoy broadening my professional network of colleagues and contacts. Also, I present rather extensively on instructional technology regionally and welcome the opportunity to speak to a larger audience.
Global education projects or initiatives in which you are involved (if applicable):
My students are currently enrolled in the Urgent Evoke game which allows them to learn about problems that are affecting the world at large and interact with people from all over the world in hopes of broadening their appreciation for their role as global citizens. I also am level 1-3 IB certified since I teach in an IB school. We are always relating our subject area to our roles as global citizens.
