Personal Learning Networks

Dear Colleagues and Friends, I've lately become very taken with the idea of the power of personal learning networks and have been doing a lot of research and thinking in the area.     I'm a doctoral student in Instructional Psychology and Technology and I'm getting ready to start a dissertation on personal learning networks. It's a shame that the ning network you created isn't up. Maybe we could talk sometime?
