Short Session Description (one line): This presentation will highlight a science project completed collaboratively between middle school classrooms in the US and Sweden.
Full Session Description (as long as you would like): In order for our students to be successful in the future, we must prepare them to be participants in a global society. Advances in telecommunications technologies and the Internet have given us the opportunity to open lines of communication between classrooms all over the world. Our students can communicate and collaborate in order to solve real-world problems. This session will highlight a middle school science project completed collaboratively by a US classroom and a Swedish classroom.
