Full Session Description (as long as you would like): The session will be based on preparing a though ground regarding the main point of discussion. There may be many questions relating to the internationalization of learning depending on the various country perspectives. The ground of thoughts will be established on the following points:

a. Project description in brief

b. Incorporation with Curriculum

c. Student Activities and evaluation

d. Outcomes in terms of students' skills

The experiences will be shared from the activities of the collaborative project 'Our Rivers, Our World', which is five-year old Science category project of iEARN. At the beginning the project was with four rivers from four specific countries Bangladesh, India, Nepal and USA. In course of time it has been extended with unlimited numbers of countries around the world with unlimited number of rivers of study, Schools can study their regional waterbodies of any kind, not necessarily a river. They can also study on any point of view, not necessarily with a scientist's eyes.
Finally comments or suggestions will be taken from the audience. Answers will be provided by the presenter if there is any on the experience of the wonderful journey of learning.

  • Thanks Rajib,  Excellent!  The only thing I would change is to add "by studying the rivers around them" at the end of your short description.

    Warmly,

    Diane
