ASB launched the Online Academy in April 2011 and in this presentation we will share our continuing journey.

The ASB Online Academy was born out of a need to support and develop the skills of parents and faculty necessary to support student learning in ASB’s widelyrecognized 1-to-1 program. The Online Academy has now evolved into a broader learning platform from which any adult/parent, student, or education professional, from any location in the world, can learn new skills, deepen existing skills and explore new areas of interest. The Academy is a growing global community of lifelong learners; connecting parents, students, faculty and others across the globe, bringing them together to learn new skills in accordance with our mission to provide effective, accessible, anytime, anywhere online learning environment that encourages collaboration, shared passion and a desire to develop 21st Century skills that support lifelong learning. ASB launched the Online Academy in April 2011 and in this presentation we will share our continuing journey.

    Love what you are doing as a school. We need to make sure that your proposal matches the conference goal of helping educators and students connect globally. I'm guessing that would be the case anyway, but could you revise the description?
