We're in the process of identifying people who can volunteer to keynote at the Global Education Conference, our completely online and virtual event scheduled to take place November 12-16, 2012.
Ideal candidates should be inspirational, engaging, and highly regarded thought leaders in their chosen fields. Their work should somehow touch on the broad topic of global education. Speakers should also represent a wide variety of nations, cultures and points of view.
The core focus of our event is bringing educators, students, and non-profit organizers together to build collaborative relationships and projects that promote global awareness and global competency.
Previous keynote speakers have included Howard Gardner, Chris Dede, Fernando Reimers, Alan November, Esther Wojcicki, Geetha Narayanan, Homa Tavangar, and Milton Chen. Recordings from both the 2010 and 2011 conferences are available.

Suggesting names here does not guarantee inclusion as a keynote speaker in the conference. The selection of speakers remains the sole discretion of conference co-chairs in advisement from advisors and partners.
