Hi, I'm looking to partner up with some schools internationally. I work with students aged 8 to 12 years of age. My school is in the inner suburbs of Sydney. Apart from video conferencing opportunities I would like my students to be involved in some collaborative work with some students overseas. Perhaps we could trial a link up with our gifted and talented students? If you are interested, drop me a response, and we can discuss some opportunities. Regards Jed

We have been working for many years with videoconferencing at school, using skype and flashmeeting. However when it is not possible to use videocalls we have created wikis and websites for collaborative work about different topics. We can try to work together. To have a look about what we have been doing...
If anyone is interested in working with 4th and 5th grade students for a mystery skype or other type of project please let me know. Contact me at aarmau@gmail.com
We are located in Iowa in the USA. We look forward to connecting!
I work in a school in Athens, Greece which has fully integrated ICT Skills in curriculum
Have used edmodo and Skype in the classroom with them
Hope we can collaborate

Jed and I have been trying to Skype. We are not giving up:) I would also extend the invitation to you and your students as well. Please email me m_garcar@chuh.org so we could talk about connecting our students, too! We have a teleconference room so you would need to "call into" our room. Do you have that capability? Also, what is the time difference in Greece? We are in Ohio.
I hope to hear from you soon.

My name is Alicia and I am the Administrative Assistant for a global education resource called Know My World. One of our cornerstones is creating cross cultural exchange relationships via the web. We are currently looking for participants to engage in project collaborations with classes all over the world. Please have a look at our site, www.knowmyworld.org and view some of the amazing examples students have created together. If you are interested in participating in an exchange, please contact me so we can discuss the possibilities!
Hi Jed and other educators / schools around the world!
Very exciting to read all the enthusiasm and interest to connect our youth to a global virtual community!
Our team are very keen to support these types of interactions with projects also so youth in different geographical locations can become class partners on real world challenges.
Is it possible that some of your students might be interested in our educative materials to foster cross cultural collaboration?
