I am starting a NEW sister site to my popular educational travel blog, www.AroundTheWorldL.com which will be specifically for Teachers who travel or dream of travel.
Are YOU a teacher who has undertaken interesting travel? I want to interview you for my new site to inspire other teachers! The interview is a short email form which can take as little as 10 minutes of your time.
Please contact me at WorldLillie at gmail dot com if you or someone you know is interested in sharing your teacher travel story!
Sincerely,
Lillie Marshall

Hi Lillie,
I totally dropped the ball on this for you. Sorry about that! Do you still need replies?

Here is a link to one of my Stardust teacher's travel blog she posted from her trip to Ghana. She might be interested. Her name is Bettina Bennett.

My name is Kelsey Dake, I'm currently a 4th grade teacher in Salem, OR.
This is my first year as an official teacher here in the U.S. However, three years ago I taught 4th grade overseas in Ghana, West Africa through a locally run non-profit organization called Help-A-School. It was my teaching experience there that inspired me to complete my Master's Degree and become an "official" bona-fide teacher here in the U.S.
As much as I'm enjoying my first year teaching here in America, I'm also longing to return to an overseas location to continue my career abroad. I would be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
Thanks!
Kelsey

I am interested! My husband and I love traveling and have visited many countries in Europe. In 2006, we sold our house and quit our jobs to move to Croatia. I taught at AISZ and my husband worked in the Embassy. I was interviewed by Transitions Abroad - you can find it online.
Good luck!
