Short Session Description (one line): Description and narration of activities and projects during my stay in the US as an Cultural Exchange Teacher.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): 

My idea is to describe step by step how I became an international educator: why I, in a way, served as a Cultural Ambassador inspiring and informing US teachers, administrators, school staff, students and even local residents through language, culture and customs. The whole school community was exposed to international teaching methods and educational practices. American students as well as students from other countries became aware of Argentinian culture through historical narrations, videos, music, photos, clothes, fashion styles, tv shows, radio, magazines, newspapers and many other items I brought to show part of my country´s culture. One of the most relevant points was that I noticed how my American students learned how to appreciate other cultures and became really curious or eager to learn more about Argentina: why we speak a kind of Spanish different from the rest of the Latin American countries or why we are Spanish and Italian descendant. Being back home, and having gained a new perspective of American culture, I shared my collection of anecdotes, pictures, videos, and list of friends and colleagues with my Argentinian school community.
