Asela-Arsi School Development Organization (AASDO) plans to improve K-12 programs in Assella/Arsi, Ethiopia, by providing vital educational resources such as textbooks, solar-powered pocket calculators, and computers. This year we plan to send 40,000 books to several K-12 schools and one medical college. The list includes, but is not limited to, Chilalo Terara Secondary School, Asela Preparatory School, Asela Andinet High School, Asela College of Teacher Training, Kenenisa Bekele Technical and Vocational Training, Andinet Elementary School, Asela Elementary School, Tiyo Elementary School, Ediget Lelimat Elementary School, and Asela Medical College.

Hey Abede,
I'm a teacher in Melbourne Australia and early next year I'm hoping to run what I've called The Lunch Box Project with students from around the world sharing what they have for lunch using two different languages and learning lots about what students in other parts of the world eat and what this means about the places that other students come from.
