Short bio or reason for joining Actionable Innovations Global:

With over twenty years experience in Arts, community and sport development, I have pioneered wide-ranging policies and programmes specialising in Arts, Diversity, Equality, Social Inclusion and Education, through work with Arts Council England, Local Governments and a wide range of community, statutory and voluntary groups. My range of skills and experience include audience development, capacity building, cultural programmes, fundraising, grants management, training, and network development with strategic experience in conceiving and implementing programmes focussing both on creativity and public policy implications, especially with respect to diversity and equality. I am fluent on the various UK Equality legislations as well as the European Human Rights Directives. I have established many youth initiative across the UK and abroad including, arts, literature, music, technology, sport and theatre projects and joining GEC will add to the profile of this work and open wider opportunities for the young people we serve.
