Short bio or reason for joining Actionable Innovations Global:
I am the Co-Director of the Center for Innovative Education (CIE) at Kean University. I've been involved with educational technology in New Jersey for many years. I have had a variety of educational experiences including special education teacher, computer lab teacher, and district Technology Coordinator in North Brunswick, Technology Specialist for the New Jersey Statewide Systemic Initiative at Rutgers University, Associate Director of Revitalizing Science Teaching Using Remote Sensing Technology (RST)2 Meteorlogy and Watershed Program at Ramapo College, Project Director of Special Science Teams at Rutgers University, and Co-Director and developer of the Academy for Teaching and Learning at Rutgers University. I've had the honor and privilege of being an NEA Christa McAuliffe Fellow. My personal interests include my dogs (Paris and Justin) two soft-coated wheaten terriers. I love to walk and jog with them. I also love cycling. I have a Giant OCR, which has a carbon fiber frame and is designed to be light and responsive. I usually try to do at least one century ride a season and usually do at least one 45-50 mile ride every weekend and shorter rides during the week.
