Short bio or reason for joining Actionable Innovations Global:

Dr. Clare Sisisky is the Executive Director of the Global Education Benchmark Group, a nonprofit organization that supports 320+ member schools around the world in all aspects of global education. She has written and spoken widely on intercultural competence and global citizenship in K-12 education. Clare spent twenty years as a teacher and senior administrator at independent and public schools in the US (including three years as the Director of Strategic Planning) and as an educator and researcher in Bangladesh, China, India, and Mauritius. She earned a master's degree from Harvard University and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Clare is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, Columbia University where her research focuses on climate action in schools.
