  Thanks for your response, Ian!  There are other ways for kids to connect with each other overseas, such as Kid Blog.  If you know of any year 2 teachers who have access to computers, let me know!

  Ian, the Second Grade students at my school study Australia and could benefit from connecting with you and your students.  Please friend me or send me an email if you have students who would like to learn something about America and help our kids in the process.  Thanks!  George
