My name is Irena Biba I am Master Teacher & Trainer from Albania I have 26 years in field of education.I have worked some years in secondary schools,some others in high schools and 3 years as principal.I am graduated at University of Tirana.I have attended sucessfuly Leadership School American ADF.Always willing to learn to grow and wexchange experiencies I have done a great work for the community.Mant projects won quality label nationally and internationaly.I work as albanian language and literature teacher ful-time.In my school I am head of department of social sciences.Collaboration and leadership are in my focus. I work as well in Agency of Insurance of Quality of Education in Albania.We are doing a good job ro improve the level of teaching in educatiom.I am TV teacher and collaborater with Ministry of Education in Albania making podcasts and livestreams trainning teachers and students to improve learning.I have the title Microsoft Educative Innovative Expert&Trainer,Wakelet ambassador ,Scientic Ambassador, in Europian Schoolnet Academy,4T ambassador UK,Etwinning coordinator in Europe Erasmus speaker etc In my daily practice I love using technology, new pedagogies and approachies into classroom.I am innovative teacher and I teach by heart.
