I support the development of international programs by faculty members in Penn State's College of Education, and I am very interested in online learning communities and the benefits educators get from participating in them.
Global education projects or initiatives in which you are involved (if applicable):
Working to develop a fast track to certification for teachers of high demand languages, like Chinese and Arabic, and a means of delivering the language instruction to districts that can't hire full time language teachers. Have connections and interests in Taiwan, Thailand and Ecuador.
