Verónica M. Vázquez Ugalde is a Program Manager, Knowledge Management with the Networks and Programs team at Digital Promise Global. She is driven by her passion to create evidence-based programs that foster students’ socioemotional development and global competencies. Prior to joining Digital Promise, Verónica was at the National Summer School Initiative where she worked with district and school partners to implement impactful summer school curriculum. She also worked at Empatico, where she leveraged education and psychology research to design virtual exchange programs and adult learning opportunities for teachers and students around the world. Verónica graduated with a BS in Economics from American University and an MA in Economic Policy from Boston University.
