My name is Penny and I work at Agora LLedo International School in Castellón, Spain, my background has always been on education although my passion is travelling and basically being happy doing what I love most, nurturing little minds. I strongly think that we teachers have an impact on our students lives and development, we have a huge responsibility so, therefore, we need to plan carefully how we are going to guide their learning and development. Motivation is my main thing and I believe children realize when a teacher is motivated and they feel also more motivated too, I like the freedom PYP gives both to teachers and students and how they can go further and learn so much. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀 and also tutored student teachers guiding them in their learning journey.. Since 2020, I have started giving free workshops to other fellow teachers, working with platforms from India and other countries, writing articles and talking about inquiry based learning, visible thinking routines and collaborative and cooperative learning.
