An initiative of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) Connected Community in the GCC, the Teacher Summit seeks to improve teaching and learning and connect education professionals throughout the MENA region to the resources provided by ASCD.

This regional event is a platform for American Curriculum teachers to engage and learn with renowned educators and scholars. Topics at the summit will address best practices in leadership, data, curriculum, and English Language Arts, Math, and Science. 

The audience for this conference will include classroom teachers, heads of department, program coordinators, school administrators, and organizations active in the educational sector.

The second edition of Summer School, organized by AAB College, AAB Summer Academy, has already announced the call for application open for all interested students.

Unlike last year, this year AAB College has expanded the academic offer of Summer School, by offering three modules, such as:

• International Law, Minority Rights and Conflict Resolution in Kosovo and the Balkans;
• Migration, Diversity, and Economic Growth – case of Western Balkan Countries;
• Intercultural communication and linguistic map of Kosovo – languages, dialects and varieties spoken in Kosovo and their social and geographic aspects.

Global Leadership Week (GLW) is a weeklong convening of virtual and face to face events designed to celebrate leadership through global action in K20 education. GLW is an opportunity for education leaders to learn from one another and share effective principles in leadership, particularly within the context of an interconnected, global age. The Global Education Conference Network is the primary organizer of Global Leadership Week.
