University students are encouraged to submit team proposals for OLPCorps Africa a new student-based, grassroots OLPC initiative! The proposals are due on Friday, March 27th! Approved teams are given $10K and 100 XO laptops to deploy in an African nation. Training in Kigali, Rwanda is being provided by OLPC for the teams as well. The time commitment is June 6-late August of '09.
