  • Hi Lisa,

Thanks for accepting me as a member of the Global Education Network.

    Best,

  • Well, before I got back to this page, I put the URL as the one associated with my presentation, since I thought it was important for access to it.  How much does it matter that I did that?  When I hit the send button, it was accepted as it was.  (I am becoming a nervous wreck in getting this right.)

  • Hi, Lisa -- Marty here.  Probably the oldest person doing this -- I turn 69 in January, and still trying to learn more about new modalities.  I began teaching in 1966 -- still delving into new models in teaching exceptional students.  I am still trying to sign up for a time, but the URL question is not happening in my vocabulary.  Don't know what to put there.  My university URL is www.sf.edu but don't know if that is what is required there.  Have to wait until tomorrow to see my tech person there, but perhaps all the time slots will be gone by then.  I continue to teach a heavy load of classes -- great students.  I have sent well over 40 off to their Ph.Ds, and everyone of them have been free rides.  Love working at the university level.

  • I had to get out of chat and go to supper with my husband.  No, never did get a URL direction.  My application to a timeslot is still not sent as this is the only thing holding it up.  Don't know what they want.

Thanks so much for you help.    M2
