I am a Professional (Web-based) Health Coach. What that means is I listen and then ask supportive questions so we can co-create baby steps to go from where you are now to a higher level of satisfation. All the while knowing that you are whole, naturally creative and resourceful. The agenda comes from you. We design an alliance by meeting in my (private and confidential) virtual office exploring your feelings and discovering you needs in each of the eight keys to your health. In additon you will have your own web space that is secure to journal and access to resources 24/7.
