  • Someone hit me over the head so I don't miss this one!

  • Hi Noble

I thought I would share with you a global student project taking place right now as I thought you would be interested.

The #world11kids project is part of the UN's ITUWorld Conference taking place in Geneva, Switzerland in a few weeks time.

We are inviting 10,000 kids from around the world to design solutions to the toughest of world problems and put challenges to the world leaders who will gather at the conference.

We are looking for schools to get involved and thought you might be able to help.

You can find out more here http://world2011.us/

    best wishes

  • Dear Friend,

I just created a petition entitled To replace Violent Time with Peace Time: Peace Time will make PEACE AN INTEGRAL COMPONENT OF DEVELOPMENT, because I care deeply about this very important issue.

I'm trying to collect as many signatures, and I could really use your help.

To read more about what I'm trying to do and to sign my petition, click here:
    http://www.change.org/petitions/to-replace-violent-time-with-peace-...

    It'll just take a minute!

Once you're done, please ask your friends to sign the petition as well. Grassroots movements succeed because people like you are willing to spread the word!

  • I'm working with a school in the Livermore Valley [CA] and we are just starting to look at crafting a global curriculum as part of a larger future focused strategy for the school. I would welcome your wisdom. I would be interested in speaking with you when schedules work. Best!
  • Noble,
I would like to speak with you regarding establishing a Central American presence for TWB. I have a viable program in the works - would like to connect.

    Cheers,

  • Hello Noble: Thanks for joining the Global Visits group, and our web site! I just finished signing up for teachers without borders. HOw can we collaborate? By the way, I lived for 11 years in southern Africa (Lesotho and South Africa) and dearly miss my second home. Global Visits is a great venue for linked projects as it as all the capability as facebook....but far more focused.
